Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between you (“User”) and AT Company (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of all our mobile casual game applications (the “Game”).

By downloading, installing, opening or playing our Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms set forth below. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the Game immediately and uninstall it from your device.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and play the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use on your mobile device.

You are prohibited from:

  • Copying, modifying, decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling the Game code, assets, graphics, audio or any game content;
  • Distributing, renting, selling, leasing or sublicensing the Game to any third party without our written authorization;
  • Extracting game resources, characters, artwork, sound effects for commercial or public use.

All intellectual property rights including trademarks, copyrights and brand assets within the Game remain the exclusive property of AT Company.

2. User Conduct Rules

When using our Game, you agree not to:

  • Use cheats, hacks, bots, plug-ins, modified installation packages or any third-party tools to alter game balance or obtain unfair advantages;
  • Exploit game bugs, glitches or system vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized game resources;
  • Harass, insult, threaten other users, spread hate speech, violence, pornographic or illegal content inside the Game;
  • Impersonate AT Company staff, or fabricate official notices to deceive other users;
  • Use the Game for money laundering, fraud, illegal transactions or any activity violating local, national and international laws;
  • Upload, store or share malware, virus files or malicious code through any function related to the Game.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Game permanently if you violate any above rules, without prior notice or compensation.

3. Advertisement Notice

Our Game is free to play and monetized by third-party advertisements integrated via AdMob, including interstitial ads, rewarded video ads, and banner ads.

Rewarded advertisements may be available after game levels, game resurrection, and other in-game interaction nodes.

All third-party advertisements are provided by independent advertising partners. AT Company does not take responsibility for advertisement content, third-party products, or third-party services displayed within ads.

You may manage personalized advertising preferences through your device system privacy settings or relevant in-app privacy controls.

4. User Data & Privacy

Your use of the Game is also subject to our independent Privacy Policy, which describes the collection, storage, and processing of device information, advertising identifiers, usage statistics, crash data, and anonymous behavioral data through integrated third-party tools. You may view our Privacy Policy via the in-app Settings page.

5. Third-Party Services

This Game integrates third-party platforms including AdMob, Firebase, Adjust, Google Play Services, and Unity to provide advertising services, user attribution tracking, behavioral analytics, crash monitoring, and game operation support.

All integrated third-party services operate under their own independent terms of service and privacy policies. We comply with the applicable rules of each third-party platform. AT Company shall not be liable for any service failures, policy updates, data processing behaviors, or losses arising from third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Game will operate uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure at all times;
  • All game bugs, defects or performance issues will be fully repaired;
  • The Game will be compatible with all types of mobile devices and system versions.

We reserve the right to update, adjust, suspend or terminate all or part of the Game’s functions at any time without compensation to users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AT Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to device damage, data loss, lost profits or game resource losses caused by game updates, maintenance or service suspension.

8. Minors Under 13 Years Old

Our Game is not intended for users under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may not use this Game without the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian. We comply with applicable minor protection regulations including COPPA, and will restrict personalized advertising and third-party data tracking for identified minor users.

9. Modification of This Agreement

We may revise this Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will take effect once published on our official policy page. Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
